Job Summary

Riang is undertaking several water infrastructure construction projects for the various institutions within the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation. The Engineering Surveyor will translate engineering designs into accurate site coordinates, verify construction conformity, and provide legally defensible survey deliverables whilst focusing on six Key Result Areas (control, setting-out, topographic/bathymetric surveys, monitoring, data QA/QC, and compliance/coordination) monitored with measurable KPIs such as control accuracy, stakeout timeliness, as-built delivery rate, monitoring alert rate, PM compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc Geospatial Engineering / Surveying specializations in water resources
  • Registered as a Geospatial /Engineering Surveyor with ISK
  • At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of water systems and construction survey works
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary

Riang is undertaking several water infrastructure construction projects (WICP) for the various institutions within the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation. The apex responsibility of the Procurement Manager will be to ensure uninterrupted, cost-effective, and compliant supply of materials, equipment, services and others to sustain project delivery under challenging logistical conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • Professional qualifications in procurement e.g. CPSP-K or CIPS
  • 7-10 years’ experience in construction or mining site procurement
  • Knowledge of materials management software
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
